SAFRA / PRIVACY · UPDATED 21 OCTOBER 2026
What Safra keeps, and why.
Safra helps you plan trips from Egypt. We keep as little about you as we can, and we never sell it.
What we store
- Your email address — when you sign in (with Google or an email code), so your Booking Plans and trips stay in your account on any device. From Google sign-in we receive only your email address.
- Your trips — the budget, dates and destinations you search, and the Booking Plans you unlock.
- Contact details you choose to send — your mobile number and email when you ask for more Booking Plans, request an agency quote or use the contact form, so we can reply.
- A session cookie — one cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else is involved
- Google — for "Continue with Google" sign-in, and for flight and hotel prices (searched through SerpApi). Price searches contain trip details only, never your name or email.
- Gmail — to send sign-in codes and replies.
- Oracle Cloud — the server that hosts Safra and its database.
- Booking sites — when you open a flight or hotel link, you leave Safra; that site's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
How long, and your choices
We keep your account while you use Safra. Ask us to delete your account and its trips at any time, or to see what we hold about you, using the contact form on the home page — write from the email address of your account. Never send passport numbers or documents through Safra.
